Account Executive

We are looking to grow our team with members that can help service our enterprise clients and support the founding members build the product and grow the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coordinating with different team members and clients on deliverables - Organization and scheduling of content. - Updating internal documents and processes. - Weekly and monthly reporting. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in online project and/or community management - Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English - Good online research skills - Previous working experience in or with Saudi Arabia - Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic understanding of analytics dashboards - Highly organized and structured - Has good attention to detail - Creative problem solver - Compassionate and patient - Accept different cultures - Familiarity with Intercom or Mixpanel is a plus but not mandatory Position: Full-time position Remote job, GCC timezone We do require some flexibility in working hours, however, we don’t expect you to work more than 6-8 hours a day.
